QA & Software Testing
Testing that happens at the end of a project is not quality assurance — it is damage discovery. We move verification left, automate the repetitive layers, and keep exploratory testing for the questions only a human can ask.
Arush Soft builds quality engineering capability inside your delivery teams: the framework, the environments, the data, and the reporting that makes quality visible to people outside engineering.
What we deliver
- Test strategy. A risk-based plan with an explicit pyramid — what is unit-tested, what is contract-tested, what genuinely needs end-to-end coverage.
- Automation frameworks. Maintainable suites in Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, REST Assured or pytest, wired into CI with sensible parallelism.
- Performance and load. Baselines, soak tests, spike tests and capacity models tied to real traffic profiles.
- Accessibility. WCAG 2.2 AA auditing, automated checks in the pipeline and manual assistive-technology verification.
- Security testing. Dependency, container and static analysis integrated as a pipeline gate rather than a quarterly report.
- Test data management. Synthetic and masked data sets so that realistic testing does not create a privacy problem.
Flakiness is a defect
A suite nobody trusts is worse than no suite at all. We track flake rate as a first-class metric, quarantine unstable tests immediately and fix the root cause rather than adding another retry.
Reporting people actually read
Quality dashboards that show trend, coverage of critical journeys and escaped-defect rate — not a raw pass/fail count that tells a product owner nothing.
- <2%Target automation flake rate
- AAWCAG 2.2 conformance target
- CIEvery gate runs on every commit
