1. Scope

This policy explains how Arush Soft LLC (“Arush Soft”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website and through our commercial and recruitment activities. It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of a client under a data processing agreement — in that relationship the client is the controller and their own policy applies.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, the content of your enquiry, and for job applicants the information in your application and any linked profile.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and time of request. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
  • Information from third parties. Where a candidate is referred to us by a recruitment partner, the information that partner shares with us.

3. Why we process it

To respond to enquiries, to provide and administer our services, to assess job applications, to send insights where you have subscribed, to comply with legal obligations, and to protect the security of our systems. Where consent is the basis for processing — for example the insights mailing list — you may withdraw it at any time.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for twenty-four months from the last contact. Job applications are retained for twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer for future roles. Contractual and financial records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Server logs are retained for ninety days.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract (e-mail delivery, hosting, applicant tracking), with professional advisers where necessary, and where we are legally required to do so.

6. Security

Access to personal information is restricted to staff who need it, from managed devices, with multi-factor authentication enforced. Data in transit is encrypted. We maintain an incident response process and will notify affected individuals and regulators where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights write to [email protected]. We will respond within thirty days.

8. Cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store small amounts of local data to remember interface preferences such as text size on article pages. That data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date below. Material changes affecting how we use existing personal information will be communicated directly where we hold contact details.
